Heat alarms are to be used as supplementary devices added to an existing smoke alarm network. So nice to deal with a company that understands when we make a mistake, WE purchased the wrong smoke alarms! but this company said thats ok we will refund you and send you the correct ones.
Most companies would have said tuff luck but these lovely people have refunded us and were so understanding and polite I would recommend everyone to deal with them
