Cannot thank Christian enough for his knowledgeable advice and incredible service. Called up on

OUTSTANDING customer service. I had a issue with one smoke detector setting off the other 5 after having

floor tiles removed. I found the tutorial on the website on how to turn them off then rang and spoke directly to Christian. He gave me some more tips on clearing out the alarms. Long story short one was too full of dust. I was totally prepared to pay for a replacement but Christian sent out a new alarm free of charge. Very impressed with the assistance and very grateful for the free replacement. Can't recommend this product and this company enough!!

Hi, ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday, installed on Friday, I purchased a 7 alarm bundle and it

took about an hour to remove the mixed match collection of old alarms, install all 7 new alarms and test them, they all went off in sync, as described, work really well and couldn’t recommend them more. Very happy.

For orders of less than a 5 pack bundle, our shipping fee is $14.95 for standard delivery.

For time critical orders select the express shipping option at the checkout page, express shipping is $21.95.

Orders are shipped from our south east QLD warehouse usually the same or next business day using Australia Post. Australia Post will email a tracking number which can be used to monitor delivery progress.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

A non-transferable warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 10 years (GT Smoke Alarms) and 2 years (ZEN Smoke Alarms).

Please present original sales invoice from ZEN Photoelectric Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.

Returns

We offer a 30 day easy returns policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know via email or phone call.

All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us with the original undamaged packaging.

Goods are to be posted back at the buyer’s expense. When returning goods please neatly write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable postal service. Customer maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received by ZEN Smoke Alarms.

Upon receipt of the returned alarms, a refund of the purchase price less a $14.95 re-stocking fee will be initiated within 24 hours.
