GT heat alarms are a high quality heat detector with excellent after sales customer support. They are designed to activate when the temperature reaches 54ºC – 65ºC in a room. Heat alarms can be used as supplementary devices added to an existing interconnected photoelectric smoke alarm network. Heat alarms are more suitable for locations which are susceptible to frequent nuisance alarms, such as kitchens (smoke from cooking), garages (car exhaust fumes) or workshops (dust).

Only issue was with the dumb installer (me). Thought there was a problem with one of the units, contacted Christian and he was so helpful and friendly. He was concerned about the reported fault, and immediately dispatched a replacement. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the original! I phoned Christian again to apologise for the inconvenience and expense - he remained friendly and courteous. Heartily recommend this product and company. Thanks so much Christian.

Delivery
Orders are shipped from our south east QLD warehouse using Australia Post. Australia Post will email a tracking number which can be used to monitor delivery progress.
Warranty
A non-transferable warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 10 years (GT Smoke Alarms) and 2 years (ZEN Smoke Alarms).
Please present original sales invoice from ZEN Photoelectric Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.
Returns
We offer a 30 day easy returns policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know via email or phone call.
All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us with the original undamaged packaging.
Goods are to be posted back at the buyer’s expense. When returning goods please neatly write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable postal service. Customer maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received by ZEN Smoke Alarms.
Upon receipt of the returned alarms, a refund of the purchase price less a $14.95 re-stocking fee will be initiated within 24 hours.
