In addition to the audible sound from your Red smoke alarms or Red heat alarms, this Strobe Light and Vibrating Pad accessory will be triggered to alert those who may not be able to hear the regular audible alarm. The flashing strobe provides a visual warning for waking hours, while the vibrating pad is designed to be placed under a pillow or a mattress and is suitable for waking an individual to alert them when a Red smoke alarm or Red heat alarm sounds.
Radio Frequency (RF) pairing technology enables wireless connections between this product and other Red RF smoke alarms / heat alarms. Designed to work well with the hardwired Red R240RC with RWB for 240V AC installation and or the wireless Red R10RF for ten-year lithium battery installation.
Key Features:
- The RF strobe light and vibrating pad bundle enhances protection, especially when sound notification alone might be insufficient.
- The strobe features a remote low-level testing capability for paired smoke or heat alarms, eliminating the need to reach up to the ceiling.
- It operates on mains power with a rechargeable battery backup (battery replacement is required after five years).
- The strobe can be wall-mounted with two screws or placed freestanding.

I placed two separate orders late one evening, realising I had to add an extra alarm for a 5-pack I had just purchased. I used the website "contact us" form in the hope of getting the orders consolidated into a single package, and also for the additional alarm to be synchronised / interconnected with the 5-pack.
Christian called me first thing the next morning to confirm my requests, making sure I was happy with the solution he'd put in place. I had placed the orders and used the contact form at around 10pm Monday evening, received a call on Tuesday morning at 8:30am, and the package arrived today (Wednesday). We need more businesses like this.
